invite you to an education seminar.

Victoria Tate, PsyD and Annemarie Hess, PhD, LCP, Sheltering Arms
Medical Psychologists, will discuss the connection between stroke
and depression and how you treat it.
All healthcare professionals are invited.
Our speakers will describe the prevalence of depression following
stroke, identify the signs and symptoms of post-stroke depression,
and discuss the impact of post-stroke depression on functional
abilities. They will also address the risk factors of post-stroke
depression, and analyze strategies for managing these factors and
enhancing quality of life.
The fee is $5 for members and $10 for non-members with 2 continuing
education units offered (CRC, CDMS and CCM).
